Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and hold it at a 45-degree angle toward your gums. Brush gently in small circular motions to clean the front, back, and chewing surfaces of your teeth. For the inside of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and use gentle up-and-down strokes. Be sure to brush your gums and tongue as well to remove bacteria and keep your breath fresh. Brush twice a day for at least two minutes and rinse thoroughly after brushing for a healthier smile.
